Hello, my name is Scott McCready.  I have lived in Salina Kansas since 1987.  I worked at the Salina Fire Department for 24 years before retiring.  During my time at the fire department I worked in house construction industry on my days off.  I helped build several homes and built my own in the country from the ground up.  I have framed houses, poured concrete, wired homes, sided homes, built cabinets, built decks, insulated homes and landscaped.  I believe this is extremely beneficial in the ability to inspect a home.

When I decided to make the transition to home inspector I searched for the best education possible.  I received my certification through InterNACHI. InterNACHI® and the InterNACHI  ® School is    recognized, approved or accredited by more than 100 state, government, and non-government agencies   to operate as an online education provider for home inspectors, contractors, and real estate agents.
